Important Note for Students:
1- No minimum workload is required. Maximum workload allowed is 6 courses. 2- Please note that courses from School of Computer Science and Engineering are restricted for incoming students due to capability limitation. 3- Restrictions for Inbound Students (to NTU) (i) School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE) Core courses in SCSE are restricted and not available to exchange students. The number of vacancies for other SCSE courses is also highly limited due to the current capacity issue. The school is working hard to expand its faculty size to ease the situation over the next few years. As such, to avoid the situation where your students are unable to successfully enroll in any computer science courses, we recommend that you refrain from nominating students to SCSE. You may continue to nominate students to our other engineering schools instead. (ii) Nanyang Business School (NBS) Due to course capacity limitation, diversify your students to all NTU colleges/schools. Avoid sending us too many Business school students per semester. Please also advise your students to be flexible with their course selections. 4- Restricted Courses for exchange courses: https://www.ntu.edu.sg/docs/default-source/office-of-academic-services/courses-restriction-ay2022.pdf?sfvrsn=4ca05d8_3. 5- Accomodation: https://www.ntu.edu.sg/life-at-ntu/accommodation/undergraduate-housing. 6- Starting from AY24/25, NTU will charge non-refundable fee of S$387.60 (Undergraduate) or S$430.60 (Postgraduate), inclusive of GST, payable by all exchange applicants after accepting the Offer and upon arrival at NTU. This fee combines the prevailing miscellaneous and registration fees and helps to cover the cost of providing administrative/onboarding support and social activities for inbound exchange students during the period of their immersion at NTU. Miscellaneous fees for the second semester will also apply for students nominated for full year exchange.
